The house and outdoor living area are really well designed. Everything feels inviting and complements the natural surroundings beautifully. The modern interior of the home is stunning. The master suite is large, with an amazing closet and master bath. Even the second bedroom enjoys a sizable closet and great bathroom (love the views from the shower!).
Kesha is an amazing host and reliable communicator. After meeting her, it instantly became obvious how passionate she is about modern design and taking great care of her guests.
If you are seeking a gorgeous hideout in the hills, with amazing views, a refreshing pool, an incredible Tulum/Caribbean modern design direction, this is definitely the property! We will be back!

Certainly, these touches were above and beyond anything I’ve rented on this site thus far. It’s the things like this that make you a repeat guest for sure.

Minor issues were addressed in less than 15 min by host and her army of people. That rarely happens in the Caribbean, and it was much appreciated.

Riiah, who works the concierge side of Kesha’s home, do yourself a favor and spend the extra 150USD for their services! We visited 14 beaches in 2 weeks, numerous islands and amazing restaurants. Captains were competent, boats were top-notch (which is rather important when island hoping BVI given the weather and wave conditions), I cannot recommend this part of their offerings more!

The home is a bit challenging to get to-up steep narrow road- definitely need a 4x4 which we rented via the concierge. Riiah met us at the airport with the car rental and we followed her to the home. I would highly recommend her and this service as the cell service at the top of the mountain is spotty so directions can be difficult. The beds were comfortable and everything about the home was great. We also used the concierge (Riiah) to deliver us food and drinks the first day and she also brought us a cooler and umbrella to enjoy the beach on the 2nd day. Overall our short stay was incredible, the location is a bit remote and a little challenging to get to (thus the beautiful view) but the home is stunning and modern. We would stay again!

We had a few difficulties. The first... read more was all of our phones stopped working as we got close to the house so it wasn’t easy to find but eventually we did. We really wish we had known to rent a 4 wheel drive. Our rental car couldn’t make it up the driveway very well and if you want to go to Trunk Bay - which I definitely recommend (it’s phenomenal and you will pretty much have it to yourself) you will need an all wheel drive to manage the dirt road down to it. We had to go exchange our car so we could get to it.

The ac cooled everything very quickly. And we were excited to take advantage of the kitchen and cook while there. We used the stove, oven, and did laundry but then experienced some power issues. It went out twice while we were there but Kesha was very helpful and got it back on quickly for us. We were very grateful for that.
